Learn fundamentals of Hatha & Vinyasa yoga (stretches, breath practices, & practical principles) so you can reduce stress & tension, increase energy & focus, and return to the vibrant flow of your life.
INSTRUCTOR: Bryan Rollins loves teaching men of all ages & abilities the fundamentals you'll need to create your own daily yoga practice.
